These terms govern your use of the Bricx website and the Bricx platform. By using them you agree to these terms. If you use Bricx on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.
01The service
Bricx provides a modular, cloud-based ERP platform. The modules, users and support included in your subscription are set out in your order or agreement with us.
02Accounts
You are responsible for the accounts in your organisation and for keeping login details safe.
- Give accurate information when you create an account.
- Keep passwords confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- Make sure your users follow these terms.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service.
- Do not break the law or infringe anyone's rights using Bricx.
- Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the service or other customers' data.
- Do not disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.
04Your data
Your organisation owns the business data it enters into Bricx. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and support the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
05Fees
Subscription fees, billing periods and payment terms are set out in your order. Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.
06Intellectual property
Bricx, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you, except the right to use the service as described here.
07Warranties and liability
We work to keep Bricx available and accurate, but the service is provided as is to the extent the law allows. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
08Ending the service
You can stop using Bricx at the end of your subscription term. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On request after termination, we will make your business data available for export for a reasonable period.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kathmandu.
