We use information to provide and improve our services and to communicate with you.
- To run the Bricx platform for your organisation and keep it secure.
- To respond to enquiries, schedule demos and provide support.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
- To send service updates and, where you agree, product news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
03Your business data
Business records your organisation enters into Bricx belong to your organisation. We process them only to provide the service, under your organisation's instructions and our agreement with it.
We do not sell your business data or use it to advertise to you.

We use access controls, encryption in transit and regular backups to protect information. We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
